Job Description

  • Achieve sales and lead conversion targets in both consumer and business segments.
  • Promote company products to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Proactively manage outstanding leads and respond to queries.
  • Engage in both receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls as per campaign requirements.
  • Maintain expertlevel knowledge of all product service offerings and system functionalities.
  • Skillfully negotiate and tailor product and service offerings to suit customer needs considering product pricing and companys sales strategy.
  • Address customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally adhering to the companys quality standards and values.
  • Market and sell valueadded services and accessories.
  • Employ upselling and crossselling techniques to enhance sales of the companys products.
  • Generate customer referrals to expand the companys client base.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders regarding the status of leads.
  • Meet established quality benchmarks.
  • Effectively manage time and workload to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Align personal conduct with the companys organizational culture and values.
  • Fulfill personal performance goals and objectives.


Requirements

  • Completion of Matriculation.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within a contact center environment.
  • Possession of RE5 certification.
  • At least 120 FAIS credits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with basic to intermediate skills in Excel.
