We provide clients business consulting services across Program & Project Management Business Analysis Product Management and Scaled Agile. We plug into existing teams and projects to solve business & operational challenges. CrossTeam Collaboration & Communication is our specialty.

What youll do at SOL:

• Perform as an individual contributor and/or manage 12 individuals on client engagement teams working under the umbrella of a Delivery Manager
• Understand client business needs and simplify complex and largescale tasks into effective processes and solutions
• Build and develop strong trusting longterm business relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and priorities through leading and facilitating meetings
• Develop advanced work products to solve client needs including but not limited to executive presentations data and business analysis gotomarket strategies and project and budget management.
• Setup and manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision and direction
• Serve as a trusted goto advisor for clients identifying and assessing problems to recommend proactive solutions

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools including MS Project Visio PowerPoint and Excel translating to advanced analytical and communication skills leveraging Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated projectbased leadership teamwork communication analytical and problemsolving skills
• 10 years of project management and/or relevant consulting experience driving large scale projects in a consultinglike environment
• Business consulting experience at large and/or boutique consulting firms
• Experience working with clients in one or more of the following industries: Media and entertainment Retail Government Pharmaceutical
