Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our urgent care team in Tracy, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring that the urgent care runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an urgent care setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
