Job Description
Scrum Master
Location- Hyderabad (Currently remote)
Experience- 10 to 15 years
Must have-
Experience in SAFe and SDLC
4+ years of experience in Scrum Master
10 years of experience in IT
Job Responsibilities-
4+ Years of working experience of managing the project as Scrum Master
A deep, practical understanding of SAFe and SDLC processes including Requirements, Design, Development, Build, Release Management, and Quality Assurance
Good team management experience in Agile/scrum development model
Good experience of working with Product owner for sprint refinement and other scrum activities.
Good experience in working with onsite client
Good experience in capacity planning and other Agile/scrum planning activities.
Good experience in conducting the Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning meeting, daily scrum meetings, Sprint review and retrospective meetings.
Good experience in all Sprint planning activities, release planning and smooth product/project releases
Experience with coordination between Product owner and team for the smooth release of project.
