Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst specifically in HR and Payroll projects.
  
• Indepth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes regulations and industry best practices.
  
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements creating user stories and designing process workflows.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail and data interpretation.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of translating technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments and adapt to changing project needs.
  
• Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on delivering highquality outcomes for clients.
