The Business:
We are acting for a highly reputable independent estate agent based in Tottenham. With ongoing expansion they are looking for a dynamic manager with sales experience to join their existing team.

Person Requirements and The Role:
We are looking for a talented individual with a proven record in residential property sales. You will have the ability to win new business and be able to demonstrate leadership tenacity and competitiveness along with a willingness/ability to drive the business forward. This is a results based business with a strong team and you will be required to hit targets and ensure the conitnued growth of the organisation.

Role Outline
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out all duties necessary to increase business maintain the high standards of customer care as well as work well within the existing team and take responsibility.

Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
Maintaining good working atmosphere

Experience Qualifications and Desirables
Experience in Estate Agency Sales is essential (5 years minimum)
Ability to work towards goals/targets must be tenacious
Excellent telephone manner
Articulate and numeric
Problem solver/quick thinker
Must be well presented
Diplomacy skills
Good timekeeping skills
IT literate
Full UK driving licence
