Trainee Service Advisor

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on the position as Trainee Service Advisor which based in Knutsford Cheshire.

As Trainee Service Advisor you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on manufacturer products and services to customers.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer handling skills personable and able to build up a good rapport with clients quickly. Ideally you will already have a track record within a customer facing environment. We require individuals who can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitude towards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will also have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry. Full training will be provided on site and through the manufacturing training academy for career development. You must also live within a commutable distance to Knutsford Cheshire and hold a valid full UK Driving License.
