BPO Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process for the BPO division.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Create job postings and advertise open positions.
• Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide regular recruitment reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals.
• Proficient with excel reporting
• Able to conduct recruitment strategies
• Understands BPO industry

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Experience in BPO or similar industry is preferred.
• Previous experience in team management is an advantage.
