We are looking for a Regional manager in Greater Manchester to implement and develop the brand and presence in England.
Responsibilities for this Regional Manager
- New branches openings in your Region
- Hiring Branch managers and team
- Managing several teams across multiple branches
- Monitoring branch performances
- Liaising and reporting to the European Director
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
Requirements
Skills & Experience for this Regional Manager role:
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field (preferably a masters degree)
- A good knowledge base of the staffing industry in England
- Proven background in business development and management similar role in the staffing industry
- Self motivated
- Entrepreneurial mind
- High personal standards
- Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and business development
- Fluent English
