About the role

Join us during a time of exciting global expansion!As a Business Developer you willbe the partnersfirst point of contact in all matters having the best solutions in mind. You will contribute toensurethe profit and growth over a specific area or region.Your role is to create and make sure every partnergetsthe greatest customer experience in accordance with Hstens worldclass standard.

You will provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders serve asanadvisor and support the partners in salesrelated questions and concerns.

You will be aHstensambassador in every possible way and must embody our worldclass standard.

Hstens is in a highgrowth phase as a company so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • EnsureSales and Growth.
  • Generate new leads: identifynew potential sales and partners withexcellent customer support.
  • Work with activities according to business action plans; traffic conversion and average ticket value.
  • Provide data and guides to help the Business Development team.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Maintainrecord of sales trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and their stores.
  • Stay uptodate with new products and feature launches and ensureourpartners sales teamareon board.
  • Communicatenew products service opportunities special developmentsandinformation.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customerexperience.
  • IdentifyImprovements for Sales and Training.
  • Identifysales skillsdeficienciesand suggest sales process improvements.
  • Evaluatestrengthsand weaknesses to identify training needs.
  • Planned implemented and managed sales educational workshops.
  • Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements.
  • Follow guidelines use tools and ensure a structured way of working when it comes to sales visual merchandising and store concept.
  • Keepa clear agenda when visiting partners with such as instore trainings information promotion etc.
  • Act as a true professional by representing the Hstens bluecheck values: awake enlightened empowered committed open businessminded accountable serving respectful and loving.

Experience and Requirements

  • Proven successful experiencein Sales
  • Handson experience with ERP and CRM systemsSalesforcea big plus
  • Proficiency with MSOfficeSuite particularly MS Excel
  • Proven successful trackrecord in B2B sales and negotiations
  • Proficiency with data analysis forecasting budgeting and proven ability to plan

Excellent skills

  • Able to travel agreat deal (approximately 50%) throughout the territory andevery now and againtoandfrom Kping Sweden
  • Onboarding includes staying in Kping Sweden for your first 30 days for Training and Development.
  • Fluent in English and German is a must
  • Exemplifya positive calm andprofessionaldemeanor
  • Able tomeet sales goals with a high level of energyand enthusiasm
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamplayerwho is both selfmotivated and able tomotivate colleagues
  • Technically/database savvy (must have a apple phone and computer due to system compatibility)
