We are looking for a colleague to work with us at Genorays German subsidiary in Berlin.

We manufacture medical and dental xray equipment. Our products are sold through our headquarters in South Korea five overseas subsidiaries (Germany USA Japan Trkiye and Shanghai) and more than 40 global partner companies.

Tasks

• Customer Service: Provide technical support for our customers in Europe answer questions and resolve issues regarding our medical equipment (onsite and remote)
• Business Trips in Europe: Provide onsite medical equipment installation and technical services
• Repair Service: Repair medical equipment for our customers upon request (onsite and remote)
• Sales documents: Prepare sales documents such as Proforma Invoice Commercial Invoice etc.
• Exhibitions: Participate in installing and deinstalling medical equipment

Requirements

• Fluent in English required
• Korean and/or German skills beneficial
• Degree in electrical electronic or medical equipment engineering or comparable experience in a relevant industry
• No experience required
• Experience with medical equipment customer service beneficial
• Understanding of electricity and electronics (components devices and equipment)
• MS Office Suite affinity
• Wellorganized with aptitude in problemsolving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to go on business trips abroad
• No restriction to travel abroad
• Valid work permit in Germany required
