Job Description
• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service • Delivery of Food and Beverage orders • Co-ordinate and work with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments • Provide parking assistance upon arrival and departure of guest vehicles • Provide the guest with detailed parking fees and clear explanation of valet benefits • Work with the overnight Manager on duty • Luggage handling • Delivery of guest folios • Pick-up laundry and doorknob menus • Meet all guest needs in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner • Duties include: Shoeshine, In-Room Dining orders and Bell Services
