Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive for a company offering short term and long term stays at Luxury Homes and Villas in North Goa.
Job Responsibilities
- To handle calls and incoming reservation inquires and convert them to maximize sales.
- Handling online sales, OTA and maintaining parity.
- Preparation of Reports Occupancy Report, Competitors Analysis Report, No Show Report, OTA Conversion, Other MIS.
- Highlighting major points to management.
- Coordinating with marketing and other departments with regards to occupancy, Rate & Villa Revenue.
- Inventory Management.
- Developing of Travel Agent Network.
- Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS
Job Requirements
- Good Communication Skills (written and spoken)
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with Resorts / Chain Hotels / Leading Hotel OTA.
- Bachelors Degree is a must.
