GROUP HR MANAGER (100%) in Geneva.

As a Group HR Manager your future role will be central in defining and implementing the overall human resources strategy within the entire organization. You will be tasked with designing and implementing effective operational strategies aligned with the companys broader objectives. Moreover your role will involve integral aspects of change management guiding the organization through significant transitions and ensuring the adaptation of HR processes for optimal efficiency. Additionnally You will work on standardizing HR processes across the group ensuring operational consistency while considering local specificities. As a leader you will oversee a team of HR professionals guiding them in implementing best practices and fostering the development of their skills. Your role will directly influence the overall performance and organizational health of the company. Close collaboration with executives will be essential to anticipate talent needs implement leadership development programs and cultivate an organizational culture that aligns with the companys values.


Your profile:

  • University degree in human resources business management or a related field.
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources with significant experience in management and leadership roles.
  • Previous experience in human resources management on a group or international company scale.
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR standards in Switzerland.
  • Advanced skills in leadership team management and talent development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English German or French is a plus
