We are seeking an experienced XR Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing XR (Extended Reality) solutions for our clients. The XR Solutions Architect will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and oversee their implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in XR technologies, architecture, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their XR needs and design solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop detailed XR solution architectures and technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of XR solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and project management.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging XR technologies and industry trends.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop proposals and demonstrate the value of XR solutions to clients.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure that XR solutions are consistent with overall architecture principles.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in XR solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of XR technologies, including VR, AR, and MR.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful XR solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software development methodologies and technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
