Role Overview:
As the Head of Engineering you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering team to develop and enhance our EOR technology platform. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence overseeing software development and collaborating crossfunctionally to deliver solutions that redefine the EOR landscape.
Tasks
- Lead and mentor a crossfunctional engineering team fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap to enhance our EOR platform aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development ensuring code quality security and scalability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes to guide technological strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a technical leader or Head of Engineering in a technologydriven environment.
- Strong background in software development preferably with experience in HR technology or global employment solutions.
- Expertise in JavaScript technologies Node.js React.js and familiarity with TypeScript.
- Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional teams and driving technical innovation.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
