Occupational Health Provide nursing care to employees in the workplace in case they get ill. Administers medicines and first aid care to the employees and if their condition worsens, calls for an ambulance so they can be admitted to a hospital Maintains the inventory of the medicines and other medical equipment required in the company clinic Validate and approve the sick leave submitted by employees and provides a monthly report on the sickness cases / diagnosis of employees. Coordination with local partner clinics / government hospitals for employee well-being programmes such as blood donation and annual health check-ups and etc. People Administration Maintains all masterlist related to employee’s medical insurance and worksmen insurance Enrols employees to the Medical Insurance and Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Processes Insurance Claims or inquiries Reports separation of resigned / terminated employees in order to cancel the insurance Takes part in the Medical Investigation for all work-related accidents in relation to insurance claim Plans the issuance and distributes on time the employee uniforms and PPE Coordinates all government-related administrative procedures for employees Work Environment and Employee Relationship Assists in all the employee relations activities such as townhalls, trainings, sports, party, etc. Proposes Well Being Programs for implementation quarterly such as morning exercise and the like Develops different strategies to educate and train the employees on health-related topics HR & Other Government Related Administrative Tasks Ensure that training records are updated on a regular basis. Maintains employee file records (both hard and electronic) in a timely and confidential manner. Takes a photo of the new employee for the announcement and keeps it in his/her file. Facilitates bank account applications of all the newly hired employees. Plans and manages the ordering of uniforms and other PPEs of all the employees. Responsible for the preparation of the renewal of the employee’s medical insurance and worksmen in coordination with the purchasing department. Prepares HR related certificates to employees Assist in event set-up and further all internal communications as required. Maintain all display boards in office and factory Any other tasks assigned by the line manager. Expected results Quarterly Well-Being programs implemented Reduced employee absenteeism resulting from effective health awareness On-time enrolment / termination of employee insurance On-time issuance of uniforms and other PPEs of all the employees. On time and accurate payroll processing Timely release of internal communications Position sizing No direct reports Required Skills And Qualifications Competencies Nursing Skills Communication Skills Influencing Group Awareness Teamwork Business understanding and strategic thinking Client focus Presentation Skills Takes initiative Experience At least 2 years as Occupational Nurse 2 years of administrative experience with focus in administration and internal communication Education Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Passed the Prometric Exam and is licensed to practice Requirements Trained in Basic First Aid and Immediate Life Support High standard of safety mindest Fluent in use of computer software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Navision Fluent in use of internet Excellent communication and team working skills
