Ticketing Executive Job Location : Qatar:?Communicating with employees to answer questions about tickets availability & flight schedules?Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records?Maintain the tracker related to booked tickets, arrival, departure, & invoices?Coordinate with agencies, and the accounts department to clear all the invoices fortnighly?Keeping transport department informed regarding all arrival and dpartures?Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights?Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors?Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
