Job Description
- Developing a network of support agencies & providers who will refer residents and support their positive progression into work.
- Carrying out group/ Individual pre-screening sessions and interview prep in line with employer requirements to select most suited and appropriate customers for them
- Running assessment sessions, pre-screening events and meet the employer days to maximise conversions into work.
- Managing a full caseload of learners and employers and respond to queries from employers and learners concerning the apprenticeship programme
- Managing and liaising with all internal Employment Support Officers to match live vacancies with potential candidates
