Title: Data Visualization Analyst
Location: Washington DC Metro

Overview:
Our client seeks a highly skilled Data Visualization Analyst to join their team! If you are a data analytics professional an outside the box thinker who is a selfstarter and able to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative environment we want to speak with you!
To be successful in this role you must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Excel as well as be experienced working with Tableau. You will be responsible for tasks aimed at leveraging data analytics and reporting to support the decisionmaking process within the clients project. Teamwork is key as you will actively collaborate with the client other business analysts and teammates to comprehensively document systems and processes and identify potential data issues.
The responsibilities extend to the meticulous reconstruction and download of reports creating accurate and relevant products while operating with a commitment to consistency and timeliness. Being wellversed in creating basic system process documentation to include defining business processes tying together the process relationships as well as showcasing how systems work together is a must. Responsibilities:
- Supporting client engagements on teams of 24 people to ensure quality successful delivery to our clients
- Solving analytical problems using technical and interpersonal skills
- Applying Toffler Associates frameworks to organize insights as it relates to the needs of the clients
- Understanding synthesizing and conducting research and analysis that drives findings for our clients
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of business analyst experience
- Intermediate proficiency MS Excel working efficiently with very large dataset
- Beginner (intermediate a PLUS!) proficiency with Tableau; experience creating visualizations and reports
- Accustomed to other data analysis tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Familiar and/or experienced with general business knowledge and skills:
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements based on data analysis findings
- Familiar with DoD space is a PLUS!
- Ability to commute regularly within the Washington DC metropolitan area and travel outoftown within the US (up to 20%)
- U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
