we are seeking for a service oriented personality who combines the passion of analyzing numbers and big data with the translation into concrete measures to enable the regions and companys performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as key business partner for local entities and HQ during the Budgeting Rolling order Forecast (ROF) and any other financial process
• Manage the Regional Forecast / Budget Planning Process and 3 Year Planning
• Monitor stock levels analyze deviations and follow up to manage working capital
• Provide Management Reports and Sales Reviews
• Compare and analyze actual results with forecasts and budgeting
• Improve financial performance by analyzing results interpreting data monitoring variances identifying trends and preparing decision papers at Senior Management level
• Increase efficiency by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Market research data mining business intelligence and business cases calculations
• Assist/coordinate with local entities on several corporate/regional projects (e.g. sales logistics internal audit digitalization among others) by developing close collaboration with key stakeholders and facilitating ongoing project information
• Support and generate at hoc analysis as required by the management

Requirements

Your required profile

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics
• At least 1 5 years of relevant experience as Junior Controller / Financial Analyst
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint is required; SAP / TM1 Cognos knowledge an advantage
• Must have strong analytical skills (quantitative as well as qualitative)
• Strong financial analysis foundation creating models and reports
• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well with deadlines
• Teamplayer as well as autonomous solutionoriented personality
