The HR Delivery Records Management Analyst supports the daily activities of the Core HR Records Management team. The team is responsible for all HR administration related tasks on employee lifecycle processes.
Tasks
- Maintain all employee data on appropriate systems and inclusive of document imaging where required.
- Execute delivery tasks (Creating documents Logging requests Chasing dependencies Controlling inputs and outputs Interacting with vendors and Entering data into systems)
- Provide HR deliverables support; input update and maintain HR related data/requests in respective systems in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain high quality process and project documentation as required keep all set deadlines and meets all required service standards.
- Communicate project performance via status reports and updates including key deliverables.
- Track monitor and accurately report on work stream risks and issues.
- Gaining indepth knowledge of all aspects of HR administration within HRSS Core HR teams scope
- Play an integral role to ensure successful delivery of EMEA country requests in scope work supportively and collaboratively with other teams. Link Migration and various Operation teams together for a common purpose of successful implementation of projects.
- Complete all tasks in connection with the organizations activity but not detailed in the current job description charged by the direct manager supervisor or the functional head.
Requirements
Fluent English knowledge
Strong analytic and details skills
Workday system knowledge is an advantage.
Shared Services experience is an advantige
HR Projects experience implementation of HR processes is an advantage.
Effective time management with strong followup documentation and organization skill.
Bachelors / University degree
