Cloud Technical Lead

• Identify, self-originate and contact private-practice employers in designated cities to discern optometrist hiring needs currently or in the near future
  
• Research private practices and individuals online (including social media) to identify employer prospects & leads
  
• Contact potential employer-customers via email and/or phone to establish rapport and set up sales pitch meetings for KMK s sales team
  
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective customers.
  
• Effectively communicate with private practice personnel at key stages in the process
  
• Accurately market our job-match service and successful process
  
• Build and maintain a database of contact and lead information for assigned territory
  
• Partner with KMK s employer liaison to target serious inquiries and close sales contracts

• Healthcare recruiting experience
  
• Experience with similar industry like health care is preferred but open to any industry
