Achieve sales goals as set forth by the hotel and Sales & marketing Budget. • Establish and manage sales systems to enable leads to be proactively sourced and reacted to in a timely manner.
To ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies and Procedures
Provide a maximum of 24 hours response to all accounts for business and to ensure proper and presentable communication.
Carry out tasks and special assignments delegated by MANAGEMENT
Regular follow up on hotel requirements with regards to special promotions & actions
Contribute and participate in the Budget planning to set the business mix, the sales priorities, and provide the technical sales support
