Checking of Calculation and payment of termination/ resignation payments.
Manage direct communications and Responsiveness to all employees’ inquiries related to their salaries.
Maintain standards, review check and monitor work to ensure quality requirements met.
Act as the main point of contact for Saudization and ensure all Saudi Nationals employees are registered with GOSI, and separated employees are deleted.
Management of the staff attendance and tracking system, including tracking and processing leave requests, as per the defined HR policies.
