Seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in refugee assistance visa processing and DoD protocols. The ideal candidate should excel in project management strategic planning and international affairs.
Responsibilities:
Manage refugee support and visa processing projects adhering to DoD standards.
Lead project teams define goals and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Analyze programmatic challenges and propose solutions for efficiency.
Engage in highlevel negotiations and cultural integrations in international settings.
Handle multiple projects adapt to changing priorities and solve problems efficiently.
Participate in team development activities including hiring training and evaluations.
Manage administrative tasks including expense management and travel coordination.
Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in roles related to refugee assistance visa processing or similar programs. This experience should include the management of personnel and support teams.
Applicants must hold a current Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to SCI.
A Masters degree or higher in a field relevant to foreign policy security cooperation management business or related areas.
A proven track record in effective interpersonal leadership and corporate communication skills.
Skills in data management are required including the ability to access validate and store data accurately.
Experience in setting up and enforcing policies to ensure efficient and secure data management.
Capability to devise strategies for managing data focusing on accuracy and security.
Competence in identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement.
A solid understanding of military structures and missions with prior military experience being an added advantage though not mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong background in Program & Project Management especially in international contexts.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning Data Analysis and Financial Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in culturally diverse environments
