About the position

    We seek a Product Associate (PA) to join the Corporate Ecosystems team which occupies a central position in maximizing productmarket fit. We serve international corporate clients in 3 different segments by number of employees: SMB Enterprise and Major Companies.

    Because we are the hinge between business development and product definition we work hand in hand with a variety of different teams to maximize productmarket fit:


    • Sales presales and postsales teams help us better understand our clients and the direction our products should move towards.
    • Working collaboratively with technical experts in different areas that make up the content technology and services areas is our way to ensure their combined work follows in that direction.
    • In perfect alignment with the strategy team (we report to the COO one of the company founders!) to ensure we follow the gotomarket strategy.
    • Always in touch with our peers from the Academic Vertical > We all count on the same tools to serve our target customers!

    A great department to learn from different areas get familiar with B2B Corporate clients of different sizes and understand the endtoend meaning of the word product.

    What you will do at ODILO

    Following the manager guidelines PAs devote their time to:

    Sales Support (English and Spanish)

    • Commercial Documentation: PowerPoint presentations mainly
    • Live product DEMOs to SMB clients
    • Adaptation of DEMO environments Presentations and other Commercial Materials to specific client needs (in coordination with salespeople)

    Product Evolution:

    • Online Market Research
    • Basic data interpretation
    • Documentation Maintenance and updates
    • Product Configuration (PAs are the SuperAdmins of our Demo environments)
    • Product Improvement > We like to be horizontal in ideation matters
    • Project Management: aligning people from different teams to ensure ontime execution

        Driving their own growth:

        Fast Learners who prove capable of understanding the industry and target client and/or who show an ability to plan and execute tasks effectively will have the chance to:

        • Participate in solutions design and evolution
        • Build processes to improve department operations
        • Be responsible for their own projects

        In sum if you feel represented by skills such as PowerPoint Excel Communication Creativity Attention to detail Organization Proactivity Ownership Autonomy Adaptability Resilience Teamwork and Time Management you probably are well equipped for the job.

        The ideal candidate will bring:

        • An open mind with a deep desire to learn new skills and work with crossdepartment teams.
        • Strong interest in the business rather than the technical side of product management.
        • University education in areas related to business and communication (e.g. ADE Marketing).We are NOT looking for graduates in the field of Education.
        • Client orientation: solving challenges by starting from the clients need/pain and building backward.
        • Responsible and proactive spirit able to manage priorities in a fast dynamic and ambiguous environment. Experience working in tech environments preferably at/with startups will be valued positively.
        • Proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese and French are a plus.
        • Exceptional communication skills both for visual presentations and speaking settings.
        • Interest in deepening knowledge of Corporate Learning and Development
        • Positivity Resilience and a teamwork attitude
        • A multifaceted profile used to dealing with projects/teams of different natures will be highly appreciated.
