As an Operations Consultant in the Partnerships Team you will report to the VP New Business and Indirect Sales and work closely with the Strategy team to support them in the development and improvement of the Channel sales plan. You will be developing operational models and processes in collaboration with our senior strategy managers performing market analysis supporting the definition of the indirect sales processes and supporting GTM plans for specific markets.

Success in this position requires a resultsoriented mindset and the ability to lead optimization initiatives. Analytical project management and strategic planning skills are also a musthave.

What you will do at ODILO:

  • Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
  • Developing operational improvement strategies in the Partnerships/Indirect sales team (Education and Public Sector) vertical.
  • Recommending costeffective solutions to operational challenges.
  • Collaborating in the definition of indirect sales processes
  • Performing Market Analysis
  • Supporting GTM strategies
  • Facilitating optimization initiatives and promoting best practices.
  • Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets.
  • Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and timeframes.
  • Documenting processes monitoring progress and preparing status reports.
  • Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards.

    The ideal candidate will bring:

    • A Bachelors degree in management science Business Administration or in a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in operations consultancy in top tier firms or Corporate strategy department (desirable in the Education and Public Sector/project)
    • Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies.
    • Advanced excel skills including creating business models and scenario analysis.
    • Outstanding planning organization and communication skills.
    • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 Required).
    • Proven Flexibility and adaptability skills.
    • Ability to work crossfunctionally and in collaboration with other teams. Being a Great team player.
    • Proven experience working under pressure and with deadlines
    • Lifelong learning mindset.
    • Interest in growing professionally in a challenging and high paced environment.
