We are a Hawaii based Cybersecurity company (MSSP) that provides cyber protection, consulting and technology support for private sector companies.

We are hiring for the position of an Analyst to help with investigating suspicious activity on computer networks, fighting bad guys with digital weapons and protecting homeland companies from those that would do them harm from afar. This could be a rare opportunity for a seasoned IT professional such as yourself to grow into a Cybersecurity professional.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills / experience:

• Windows (workstation, server) and Mac OS
• Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook in all configurations (IMAP, in-house Exchange, hosted Exchange, Office 365, etc.)
• Active directory, Office 365, Azure, AWS
• VM technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox), Veeam
• Resolving virus and malware issues
• Threat hunting, log analysis, packet capture analysis
• Networking skills (can troubleshoot connectivity problems)
• Configuring firewalls, routers, switches, and wifi access points
• Willing to learn new technologies, specifically as they relate to IT security
• Excellent documentation, organizational and time management skills
• Eager to improve themselves, gain experience and become a more valuable individual

Other requirements:

• Dependability, promptness, and clear written communication required at all times
• Professional attitude and appearance required
• You should have your own laptop, external hard drive, flash drives, tools, and cell phone
• Availability during weekday business hours (PST/HST)
• If you live in Hawaii: Transportation. Most of our clients are in Honolulu, however we have some clients in outlying areas that are simply not reachable by public transportation. You must have a car and the ability to lift 50lbs without assistance.

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour + bonuses
