Tasks

Profile:

The exemplary waiter excels in fulfilling assigned tasks with utmost professionalism exhibits strong sales skills to enhance revenue through upselling collaborates effectively with the kitchen staff for special requests possesses extensive knowledge of the menu offerings cultivates a positive team spirit communicates with guests proficiently and promptly relays guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.

By embodying these qualities the waiter contributes to maintaining exceptional levels of food and service quality ultimately ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

• The desired candidates must be dynamic and determined. We seek longterm working relationships rather than occasional ones and they should be able to relate to customers empathetically politely and courteously.
• Relevant previous experience in similar positions within restaurants or pizzerias situated in the city.
• Currently located in the Milan Metropolitan area (Mandatory).
• Fluency in English and Italian (Mandatory).
• Full availability and flexibility regarding work schedule.
