The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience of managing national/regional engagement and policy making and influencing.
- Solid understanding of the government structures and the policy environment in Wales and experience of delivering measurable change through influencing of stakeholders.
- Strong interest in and experience of policy analysis, research and public policy development.
- Evidence of developing effective partnerships and joint working initiatives with a wide range of sectors.
- Clear and concise written skills.
