Job Description:

Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with the product vision and goals.

Define and communicate product requirements, ensuring they are clear and concise.

Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives.

Define and measure key product metrics to track performance and inform future product decisions.

Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.

Software Background is preferred.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
