Job Description

Client Overview: Our client is a leading international company in the design industry. To assist them in their business growth we have been called on to help identify the Customer Service Manager.

Mission: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Customer Service Manager to lead and develop customer service operations for the companys two primary channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a dedicated customer service team ensuring a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer assistance through timely and effective communication resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Directors of the two channels to ensure effective alignment between sales strategies and customer service operations.
  • Manage and lead the team responsible for creating and delivering quotes ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the quoting process.
  • Monitor and analyze customer servicerelated data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop training programs for customer service staff to enhance skills and ensure highquality service.
  • Process Management: Optimize customer service operational processes to ensure efficient handling of requests and an overall improved customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ideally have five 35 of experience in a CSM role preferable in the lighting or design industry.
  • Approach tasks and interactions with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with organizational abilities and a diligent work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook Word Excel etc.)
  • Effective knowledge and experience with SAP would be a plus.
  • Critical thinking skills excel as a collaborator and effectively build positive working relationships with all team members regardless of their location.
  • Must possess a serviceoriented mindset which is crucial for building trust and strong relationships with customers.
  • Effective time management and adaptability to changing business needs are imperative.

Other Information: Candidate must show proof of US citizenship/visa/alien registration. No sponsorship will be offered for this role.
