Job Description

We are looking for a resilient empathic Business Development Representative to join our company. As a Business Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying qualifying and developing leads and opportunities. You will be a crucial link between our sales and marketing teams ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and nurturing them through the sales process.



Requirements

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels including online research networking and industry events.
  • End to end responsible for initiation to closure of Deal.
  • Communication and followup with leads via email phone virtual F2F meetings.
  • Requirement collection and analysis.
  • Project pitch and estimations.
  • Formal proposal preparation
  • RFP / RFQ preparation.
  • Negotiation and agreement of estimate.:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leads
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in CRM system
  • Work closely with various internal teams to ensure clients utmost satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role with a proven track record of lead generation and conversion.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce Hubspot excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with IT consulting and software services is a plus.
  • Proactive resultsoriented and selfdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor/Masters degree in business marketing or a related field preferred. Tech background B.Tech/ BE would be an added advantage.
