- Detailed knowledge of how central government policy impacts different sanctuary-seeking cohorts including immigration, welfare, housing, education
- Experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals and families in a situation of transition and uncertainty and promoting fairness and equity through service delivery
- A genuine passion to support vulnerable people
- Energy to motivate and innovate
