Staybridge Suites Manteca is seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality leader to join our team as General Manager. As the hotel s Community Champion you will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand within the dynamic Manteca market exceeding guest expectations and fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. Working in partnership with other departments our General Manager is responsible for hotel operations to ensure the property functions optimally while achieving its financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the daytoday hotel operations of hotel and ensure guest satisfaction

Develop implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the general operation of all departments

Manage all sources of revenue including rooms housekeeping food and beverage engineering and other departments

Approach encounters with guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and serviceoriented manner

Meet all financial review dates and corporatedirected programs in a timely fashion

Oversee and assist in the company budget process as required

Other duties as assigned



Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel management experience within the extended stay market
  • Proven track record of success in driving guest satisfaction and exceeding hotel performance targets
  • Strong operational skills including budgeting forecasting and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities motivating and empowering a diverse team
  • Deep understanding of the extended stay guest experience and their evolving needs
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred or two or more years of experience.
