Location: Hybrid OnSite Position within the NJ Hackensack area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent experience to our customers.
• First response for requests/issues via phone email and chat.
• Strict followthrough of protocols and complete focus on enabling the customers.
• Collaborate across the company as needed to resolve requests/issues.

Requirements :

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• At least two years of experience in the tech. or broadcasting industries.
• Experience working with encoders broadcasting or/and video streaming. Advantage
• Experience supporting technical products & services.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer tickets & calls.
• Experience using Linux navigating permissions and basic utilization.
• Good knowledge of computer networking concepts.
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and extra hours as needed.
