Job Description:

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies manage key accounts and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets for the team track progress and take corrective actions as needed to achieve or exceed targets.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  6. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
  7. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  8. Negotiation and Closing: Participate in negotiations assist in closing deals and resolve customer concerns or objections.
  9. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  10. Training and Development: Continuously train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of the industry or product market.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
