We are seeking an experienced Indoor Sales Representative with a strong background in the Gulf area to join our trading companys sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of indoor sales excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Gulf market in the context of trading commodities or goods. As an Indoor Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our trading products to customers within our indoor sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their trading needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the trading commodities or goods we offer and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads within the trading sector converting them into trading partners or clients.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends trading regulations and market changes in the Gulf area to identify new trading opportunities.
  6. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both trading partners and the sales team to ensure a smooth trading process.
  7. Documentation: Keep accurate records of trading activities trading partner interactions and tradingrelated documents.
  8. Sales Support: Provide pretrading and posttrading support to trading partners addressing their inquiries and resolving tradingrelated issues.
  9. Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management teams to ensure compliance with trading regulations and minimize trading risks.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in indoor sales with a significant portion of that experience in the Gulf regions trading sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Gulf market including trading regulations industry trends and trading partner preferences.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills particularly in the context of trading negotiations.
  4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding trading targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a trading team.
  6. Proficiency in using trading software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  7. A proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  8. Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  9. A bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
