QMS Quality Administrator

Job Role

To provide administrative assistance & support on all matters associated Q Pulse the Electronic Quality Management System and associated training.

* Assist with testing of the QMS where required
* Support the business in the training of Q-Pulse
* Become a subject matter expert in the area of documentation compliance
* Ensure that training requirements are fulfilled for new and existing procedures
* Work with various departments in ensuring that training plans are captured
* Work with the various departments in ensuring that each job role has assigned competencies
and requirements
* Maintenance of training records within the Quality Management System
* Assist where required with non-conformances that relate to the management of document
control and training
* Issue out KPIs and reports for outstanding procedures and training in Q-Pulse
* Assist with the creation, review and approval of procedures
* Assist the business with moving procedures onto Q-Pulse
* Assist where required in other quality related tasks
* General housekeeping within the Quality Management System
