Orthopaedic Sales Specialists multiple locations

We have a number of open roles in the Reconstruction division of Orthopaedics, Tekno Surgical.

These roles are based in the South, South-East and West of Ireland.

The Orthopaedic Sales Specialists will work with as part of our Orthopaedic Sales team responsible for Recon and will co-lead the Orthopaedic accounts for a specific territory in Ireland (Cork, Cork-Kerry, South East and West).

The ideal candidate should be based on Territory.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key customers across Orthopaedic teams in each region to include but not limited to Theatre, CSSD and procurement
• Daily technical support for customers both in orthopaedic procedures and theatre
• Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
• Support customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
• Annual business planning and implementation for region
• Identify and Development of new business opportunities in each centre
• Provide feedback/monthly reports on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
• Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of recon
• Develop and assist with demonstration and training on company products
• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
• Assist Regional Manager with the implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
• Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
