Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve operational systems processes and policies in support of the companys mission.
Supervise and direct the internal operations team and branch managers.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial performance reporting and goal alignment.
Implement and adjust office policies and standards.
Maintain and enhance office staff performance through effective management.
Collaborate with marketing to develop new business relations and network with potential referrals.
Resolve nonclinical issues within the team and provide regular updates to the executive team.
Ensure effective communication and confidentiality across all levels of the organization.
Perform other duties as required to support the organizations goals.
Requirements
Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration.
Operations experience or a similar combination of education and experience.
Pediatric Home Health Care experience is a plus.
Supervisory or management experience.
Strong leadership analytical and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent teambuilding and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Organizational Relationships:
Reports directly to the President.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance management and hiring of the departments employees.
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Physical Demands:
The role requires occasional standing walking sitting typing reaching and other physical activities necessary for office work.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Fulltime position Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel:
Local travel is primarily expected with some outofarea and overnight travel.
