THE LAKHANI GROUP is a Lisbonbased hotel development and construction group committed to creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces in the hospitality sector. With a strong reputation for delivering high quality designs that blend functionality and creativity we are looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator to join our team in Portugal. As the Brand coordinator for L hotels & Wyndham hotels you will support the development of new concepts and refinement of existing features and will assist with the delivery and implementation of brand design across all touchpoints.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop refine and implement brand design strategies/initiatives across all touchpoints focusing on hotel design and on property delivery
- Ensure that all brand design elements align with the brands values messaging and overall identity
- Stay uptodate with industry and competitive trends and new design methodologies incorporating these insights into the brands design approach
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including members of the Marketing team Operations Development and Architecture & Design to support the 3to5year brand design roadmaps Utilize consumer insights competitive analysis and hotel feedback to support continuous improvement opportunities to the hotel design to ensure competitiveness consistency and quality of the guest experience
- Manage annual budget guidance of projects as well as total build cost model associated with the design initiatives
- Oversee brand standards publishing to ensure effective deployment of all brand design solutions
- Support the development of tools training and communications required to implement change management (e.g. design guides renovation toolkits etc.)
- Develop measurement and analytical methodologies to support the strategic and tactical remit of the design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a relevant field of work or an equivalent
- Experience 25 years progressive workrelated experience in brand management product management and/or design related to related to the position including multiple project management.

- Assist the product department with the development pricing and launch of new products according to new business opportunities.
