Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-4 years of social media and online marketing experience; PR and hospitality experience is beneficial
Photography / videography experience specific to lifestyle / social media
Essential Design and photo/video editing skills like Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere…etc.)
Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills in English (Arabic is a plus) with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set.
Ability to adapt to the style, tonality and vernacular of the current “voice” of employee and consumer facing social mediums consistent with the Four Seasons brand identity
Attention to detail and extremely organized
Excellent customer service skills
Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programs
Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
Have demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applications
Computer savvy with Microsoft Office
Motivated to educate and learn the future of social media as it relates to the property
