Tasks

Your Trailblazing Role:
As the driving force behind software and solution implementation youll lead the charge in:

• Crafting endtoend strategies for ECM/information management solutions and revolutionary digital workplace solutions.
• Galvanizing and supporting teams of project managers business consultants and solution engineers.
• Independently steering the ship for assigned areas and ensuring operational brilliance.
• Collaborating with technology and product management to pioneer cuttingedge software development strategies.
• Playing a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new projects with our dynamic sales team.
• Leading the way in complex problemsolving scenarios.
• Skillfully monitoring project progression and orchestrating resource coordination.

Requirements

Your Stellar Profile:

• Background in business administration or computer science (ETH University FH) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years at the helm steering solution engineers project teams or similar functions.
• Immersed in industry knowhow with an innate flair for innovation.
• Proficient in the digital realm encompassing technologies networks IT environments and media skills (O365).
• Holder of a project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level C or Scrum PSPOA).
• Savvy in Microsoft Active Directory server systems (SQL) and the MS Office product suite.
• Agile mindset wellversed in classic and contemporary project management methods and tools.
• A highflyer with a sense of responsibility resilience and organizational finesse.
• An extroverted and communicative personality with a knack for stellar stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English (French is a plus!)
