Job Description
Responsibilities
The T&C Partner is responsible to:
- Partner with local and regional people partners and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate these into talent requirement
- Communicate local and regional needs into the global T&C team and contribute to the development of the global talent roadmap.
- Based on local and global priorities, the T&C partner is responsible to work with the People Partner to develop a talent plan for their specific remit. This includes understanding what local needs are not addressed through the global talent offering and working with Global T&C team to propose how they can be supported
