- Proven experience in a similar role with broad functional experience and understanding of the wider Worley structure
- Significant Business Partnering experience with evidence of influencing in order to achieve results
- Experience managing teams across geographies or lines of business

- Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture
