Job Summary -
The person will lead and oversee the development and execution of the company's digital marketing growth engine with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and initiatives. This position is responsible for driving ROI based customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid search, search engine optimization (SEO), ad networks and other digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities -
Scale ongoing SEM, UAC, Display, Performance Max, Youtube and Retargeting campaigns
Develop and execute SEM strategies that support overall business goals and objectives
Plan monthly/quarterly performance marketing strategies and roadmaps to drive growth
End-to-end campaign management (From ideation to execution, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate results)
Conduct keyword research, Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important metrics
Drive campaign optimizations via experiments & new initiatives - A/B testing ad formats, copies, bidding strategy, channel spend mix and more
Campaign Analytics - Measure and report performances of all marketing campaigns against goals and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI
Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and tactics
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs)
Manage periodic reviews & daily reporting with internal stakeholders
Work closely with website development teams to ensure website content and structure is optimized for search engines
Collaborate with other departments to ensure SEM efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and brand messaging
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM, and share insights and knowledge with the team and other departments
Coordinate with external vendors, such as search engines and ad networks, to ensure campaigns are running effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Digital / Online / Performance Marketing with core expertise in SEM, with a focus on developing and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels
Experience in managing a team of digital marketing professionals
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
In-depth knowledge of SEM channels and tactics, including paid search, SEO, and other related channels
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions to drive continuous optimization
A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Experience developing and managing budgets
Experience with SEM tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SEMrush
Experience with SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz
Fair understanding of third-party web and app tracking tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Clevertap & Branch analytics
