Job Description
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of project management, agile, or business process experience
- Two years of experience working in a contact center environment
- Command of PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Project, and familiarity with process tools such as VISIO, with the ability to build compelling stories with data, text, and visualization tools
- Travel less than 10%
