Job Description
• Forecast supply and demand toprevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) •Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing)into internal databases • Place orders to replenishmerchandise as needed • Track shipments and address anydelays • Oversee storage of products, particularly offragile items • Evaluate suppliers' offers andnegotiate profitable deals • Coordinate regular inventoryaudits • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internalteams to test products' quality (status upon delivery andstorage conditions) • Keep updated inventory records(including daily shipments) • Ensure purchases do notexceed budget
